Working within the context of policy governance principles, the AACSB International Board of Directors determines its own philosophy, accountability, and operations, with a focus on vision, values, and strategic leadership. Board members consist of leaders from both academia and business who serve as stewards for AACSB out of an earnest desire to advance quality business education and enrich tomorrow’s workforce.
